Tribeca Skin Center’s patient portal is at mypatientvisit.com.
Once you are logged on, you can securely:
– see all available appointment slots and book an appointment (Appointments)
– fill out your patient registration form before your first visit (REQUIRED: Health Records > Forms)
– update new insurance information (REQUIRED: Health Records > Personal Information > Other Information)
– update your credit card on file (Billing > Manage Cards, deposit REQUIRED for some types of appointments)
– message the office securely with any follow up questions (Messages)
– add your children’s charts to your portal (Please register yourself first and then call us to request a Security Code for your child’s chart. Then go to Settings > Manage my patients)
FOR PRESCRIPTION REFILLS: Do not use the portal. It is easier and faster to use the Prescription Refill Form.
Your username is your email address.
If you forget your password: you will need our practice ID to reset it: SZPHKT.
